4. What is a Credit and how is it calculated?

A Credit is the unit of measurement for AI service usage. Each query or command given to different AI models will consume a certain number of credits. For example:

MISA AI 1.0: 0.2 credit/query
GPT-4.1: 2.1 credits/query
Gemini 2.5 Pro: 3.3 credits/query

5. Can team members see each other’s chat history in AMIS OneAI?

No. Unless a user proactively shares a chat link.

6. How secure is the data in AMIS OneAI?

Very secure. The safety and security of user data is our top priority.

AMIS OneAI is developed and operated according to globally recognized quality and information security standards like ISO and CMM.
We use a dedicated Safety Gateway to automatically encrypt and protect private information such as company names, phone numbers, emails, etc.
We offer the MISA AI model, developed in-house by MISA with data infrastructure hosted in Vietnam, meeting the information security needs of organizations.

7. How do I know which AI model is right for me?

In the AI model selection menu, tooltips will appear when you hover over each model, helping you understand and choose effectively. Additionally, you can select “Auto” mode, and AMIS OneAI will automatically select the most suitable model for each query.

8. What if I don’t know how to write effective prompts for the AI?

Visit the “Explore” section in the toolbar on the left side of the AMIS OneAI interface to browse a library of sample prompts personalized for various goals and fields of work.

9. Is AMIS OneAI available on mobile?
